What it does

• Reads the page you're viewing — pulls the document context from county-records and title sites so you don't have to copy and paste.

• Ask anything about the document — chat with an AI assistant grounded in the page in front of you. "Who's the grantor?" "What does the BEING clause say?" "Summarize this lien."

• Reads scanned documents — for image-only deeds and scans where the text can't be selected, the assistant looks at the page visually and answers from what's actually shown.

• On-demand summaries — get a plain-English summary of the deed, mortgage, or search result you're viewing, exactly when you want it.

• Build an abstract as you go — drag in PDFs or capture downloads into your document stack, then hand them off to TitleTrackr's Create Abstract flow in one click.
