NovaDraft Smart DWG (Chrome Extension)
NovaDraft Smart DWG is a local-first Chrome extension for intelligently opening DWG files, adding quick dimensions, and exporting an order sheet PDF.

Open local .dwg files directly in Chrome.
Smart DWG opening flow with built-in compatibility fallback.
Single-select geometry and add quick dimensions (D, R, L, W, H).
Two-point distance measure mode.
Undo the latest dimension annotation.
Fill order information and export a printable PDF order sheet.
Local processing only: files stay on your machine.
Install (Developer Mode)
Open chrome://extensions/.
Enable Developer mode.
Click Load unpacked.
Select this folder:
chrome-extension-novadraft-cad
Click the extension icon to open the app tab.

Package For Distribution
Keep only extension files inside chrome-extension-novadraft-cad.
Zip the folder contents (not the parent folder).
Upload the zip to Chrome Web Store Developer Dashboard.
Main Files
manifest.json: Extension manifest (MV3).
background.js: Opens dwg/index.html when action icon is clicked.
dwg/: CAD app entry page.
assets/: Bundled app JS/CSS.
icons/: Extension icons.
store-assets/: Chrome Web Store promo images.
Privacy
NovaDraft Smart DWG does not upload drawings to external servers during normal use.
