arXiv Version Watch tells you when a paper you follow gets a new version — no more manual re-checking.

Add any arXiv paper by its ID or URL. The extension quietly polls the public arXiv API on a light schedule and shows a desktop notification after v2, v3, or later is posted, so you always read the latest revision.

HOW TO USE
1. Open the popup and paste an arXiv ID or URL
2. Keep working — you'll get a notification after a new version lands
3. Manage or remove tracked papers anytime from the popup

Permissions: "alarms" schedules the light background version checks. "storage" saves your watch list locally on your device. "notifications" shows the desktop alert when a new version appears.
