It pulls the URL, publisher, publication date, and date accessed from the current page and formats them into a citation block following a consistent structure. The extension includes pre-saved source descriptions for 100 major news outlets, think tanks, and government sources, which are automatically inserted into the citation when the source is recognized. This source description lookup also works on archived pages such as the Wayback Machine. Your team name can be added to the end of the citation blocks automatically by opening the extension options, which can be accessed by right-clicking the extension icon in the Chrome toolbar and selecting "Options," and entering the team name in the provided field.
