It runs alongside Skool in a compact sidebar and popup, helping 
you stay focused on the right members, the right conversations, 
and the right next action — without turning your community 
management into a complicated dashboard.

Community Coaching
Get a Next Best Action based on what's actually happening in your 
community right now. Memberflow reads visible feed activity and 
surfaces the move most likely to build momentum — reply to a 
stalled thread, welcome a quiet member, or recognize a win.

People Tab
See which members need attention, which are new or quiet, and 
who deserves recognition. Built from visible page data, not 
private APIs.

Automation Tab
Queue and manage post drafts with community-scoped posting 
profiles. Keeps your content workflow organized per community.

Insights Tab
Cross-community snapshot showing which communities need your 
attention first, ranked by engagement health.

HOW IT WORKS

LOCAL-FIRST BY DESIGN
Core observations, people data, snapshots, and coaching context 
are stored in Chrome local storage. Nothing is sent to external 
servers except a sign-in check through Supabase to verify access.

PERMISSIONS
Memberflow requests only the permissions needed to read visible 
Skool page content and store your data locally. No browsing 
history. No data collection. No advertising.
