🧠 How it works (no more one-by-one clicking)
1. Choose your template
Pick the message style and structure. Use dynamic fields (e.g. a custom compliment about the candidate’s experience). The AI fills those per candidate so each message feels written for them. Want it more job-focused and less about their background? You can do that too. Fully customizable.
2. Set your requirements (must-haves)
Define must-have skills or criteria. Candidates who don’t match are skipped automatically—so the extension does the first assessment step for you. No more opening profiles that don’t fit.
3. Set how many messages to send
Choose the number of candidates you want to reach (e.g. 50, 100). That’s your cap.
4. Hit Execute
From here it’s fully automated. For each candidate in your Talent Pool, one by one, the extension:
- Opens the candidate profile
- Scrapes their profile (experience, name, certifications, language, level, etc.)
- Sends that data plus your requirements and template to the AI
- Assesses whether they’re a good fit. If not → skip and move to the next
