Zoom Click-to-Call for VinSolutions helps your team quickly call customers with Zoom Phone directly from VinSolutions and view recent call logs without leaving the page.

What it does
Detects phone numbers on supported VinSolutions pages and turns them into Zoom Phone call buttons.

Rewrites tel: links so clicking them launches a zoomphonecall:// link instead.

Adds a View Log button next to each phone number to open a call log popup.

Lets you filter call logs by:
All
Today
This Month
Last 3 Months

Verified-user access
Viewing call logs is available only to verified and authenticated users.
Users must log in to our system before accessing call history, and only authorized users can view call data.
If a user is not logged in or does not have access permissions, no call history will be retrieved or displayed.

Where it runs
Runs only on specific VinSolutions pages under:
https://vinsolutions.app.coxautoinc.com/*

Only activates when the required customer identifiers exist in the page URL.

Why we need these permissions

scripting – to inject the script that adds click-to-call functionality and UI elements.

Host access to https://vinsolutions.app.coxautoinc.com/* – the extension works exclusively on this domain.

Data & Privacy
Phone numbers are identified on the page solely to enhance them with call-related controls.

When View Log is clicked, the extension sends the selected phone number and filters to our backend service to retrieve call history only for authenticated and authorized users.

Call history data is shown only inside the popup UI and is not used for advertising, tracking, or shared with third parties.

No data is collected or transmitted unless the user actively requests call logs and is logged in.

This extension is designed for teams using Zoom Phone together with VinSolutions to improve productivity and provide call context to authorized users.
