About
FocusText Reader improves readability on webpages by bolding the beginning portion of each word in normal page text. This can make text easier to scan while preserving the original page layout. The extension works directly on webpage text. Users can enable or disable the effect globally, turn it on or off for the current site, and adjust the emphasis strength with a slider. FocusText Reader skips inputs, textareas, code blocks, editable fields, scripts, styles, SVG, canvas, and iframes to avoid interfering with forms or page functionality. It also handles dynamically loaded content and can revert processed text when disabled.
