【使用方式】
1. 前往 Instagram 或 Threads 頁面
2. 點擊擴充功能圖示開啟側邊欄
3. 點選「開始抓取儲存貼文」
4. 抓取完成後，選擇匯出 CSV 或 JSON

適合需要整理社群貼文、建立個人收藏清單的使用者。
