About

CREA — Send to Inbox

Save what catches your eye, before you know what it's for.

This is the official browser extension for CREA (crea.website), a platform
for creative collaboration. It does one thing: get fragments from the open
web into your CREA Inbox, where CREA quietly watches the patterns emerge
until the moment of recognition.

HOW IT WORKS

• Right-click any image → "Send image to CREA"
• Right-click any page → "Send this page to CREA"
• Right-click selected text → "Send note to CREA"
• Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl/⌘ + Shift + S sends the current page
• On Pinterest, Are.na, Behance, Dribbble, Tumblr, Savee, and Cosmos — sites
  that override the browser's right-click menu — a small "+ CREA" button
appears when you hover an image. One click saves it.

The fragments land at https://crea.website/captures. An AI guardian runs
quietly in the background and surfaces themes across what you've been
collecting ("you've been saving a lot of night cityscapes this week"),
letting you see your own accumulating taste before you articulate it.

PRIVACY

• Your API token is stored locally in Chrome sync storage. It is sent only
to crea.website's capture endpoint, never to any third party.
• The extension reads only what you explicitly capture — the image you
right-click, the page you're on when you hit the shortcut. It does not
  monitor browsing.
• No analytics, no telemetry, no tracking. Source is public at
  https://github.com/takiyx/crea-extension.

SETUP

1. Install.
2. Click the CREA icon in your toolbar.
3. Sign in at https://crea.website and generate an access token at
   https://crea.website/settings/tokens.
4. Paste the token in the extension's settings and click "Test connection."
5. You're done. Right-click anything to start capturing.

WHO THIS IS FOR

People who collect things — images, quotes, references — across many
tabs and apps, and feel the pattern only in retrospect. CREA exists to
show you the pattern sooner. This extension is the doorway.
