The extension helps connect OTA message pages with ServeBotAI, enabling assisted collection of guest messages, reservation context, reply status tracking, and automated reply backfill workflows. It supports collector profiles for different OTA channels, hotels, or accounts, so each browser window can be bound to the correct operating context.
