Detailed description

De-Pill gives excessively rounded interfaces their edges back. It caps decorative CSS corner radii across websites while preserving genuinely circular controls and avatars when you want them preserved.

Choose how sharp the web should be:

- Square — cap unprotected corners at 0 px
- Decisive — cap them at 2 px
- Restrained — cap them at 6 px
- Protect circles — keep avatars, radio controls, and status dots round
- Global defaults — choose one treatment for the whole web
- Website overrides — use a different treatment or disable De-Pill for a hostname

De-Pill handles initial pages, dynamically rendered interfaces, frames, and open shadow roots. Its viewport-first engine defers off-screen layout work to stay responsive on large applications.

Privacy is deliberately boring. De-Pill reads rendered element styles and the current hostname locally only to provide its corner-restyling feature. It does not record browsing history, retain page content, run analytics, or contact developer-controlled servers. Preferences are saved using browser-managed extension sync storage.
