About

each.place puts a full neighborhood Almanac one click away while you browse listings.

WHAT IT DOES
When you open a property on Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Trulia, Apartments.com, or Homes.com, the extension reads the listing address from the page and places a small "Neighborhood Almanac" chip right next to it. Click the chip and a drawer opens in place with the each.place report for that location: schools, safety, climate, jobs, housing, daily life, the outdoors, and 200+ metrics — without leaving the listing or copy-pasting an address.

ANY ADDRESS, ANY PAGE
See an address somewhere else — an email, a search result, a PDF? Select it, right-click, and choose "Look up on each.place." The report opens in a new tab. No extra permission needed.

It's smarter than a plain link. The extension parses the structured listing data on the page (not just the headline), confirms it matches the property you're actually viewing, and skips listings where the address is withheld, undisclosed, or outside the United States — so the chip only appears when there's a real neighborhood to look up.

PRIVACY CONTRACT
Nothing about a listing leaves your browser while you browse. The address is sent to each.place only at the moment you click the chip to open the Almanac — never before, and never in the background. It is used solely to return that neighborhood's report; it is not sold or shared, and the extension itself contains no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising. When the Almanac drawer is open, the each.place page inside it uses the same standard, cookieless analytics as our website. The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Full details: https://each.place/privacy

PUBLIC DATA, FULLY CITED
Every metric comes from public sources — U.S. Census (ACS), FBI, NCES, FEMA, CDC, BLS, BEA, OpenStreetMap, and more — and each one links back to its source. No private listing APIs, no proprietary scores you can't see behind. Fully cited · Public data · For everyone.

WORKS ON
Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Trulia, Apartments.com, and Homes.com listing pages. Access to those sites is granted when you install (Chrome shows a standard permission listing the six sites), so the chip appears automatically — nothing to turn on. (The right-click lookup works on any page and needs no site access.)

IMPORTANT — NOT FOR HOUSING DECISIONS
each.place provides public data for informational purposes only. This data may not be used to make decisions about housing eligibility, tenant screening, rental pricing, lending, or insurance underwriting. Using neighborhood data to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability violates the Fair Housing Act.

Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the listing sites it operates on.
