Hire or Ghost adds a community-powered ghost job detection layer directly on LinkedIn. When you browse job listings, you'll instantly see if other job seekers have flagged a posting as fake, stale, or never intended to be filled.

HOW IT WORKS?
• Browse LinkedIn jobs as usual — the extension runs silently
• See a clear warning badge on jobs flagged by the community
• Applied and got ghosted? Click "Mark as Ghost Job" to flag it
• Think a flag is unfair? Hit "Not a Ghost" and dispute it with a comment
• Check your personal stats — see how many fakes you've helped expose


WHY THIS EXISTS

Companies post jobs to look like they're growing. To harvest resumes for future use. To satisfy internal "we tried to hire externally" policies. To benchmark salaries. Meanwhile, real people spend real hours writing real applications — for positions that were never real.
