Changelog
- Apr 17, 2026description
GSC Weekend Filter adds a Business Days View to Google Search Console™ Performance reports, helping you analyze trends without the noise introduced by weekends and holidays. For many websites, especially news, publishing, SEO, and content operations teams, weekend traffic patterns can make weekday performance harder to read. This extension gives you a cleaner view of business-day trends so you can spot changes faster and make better decisions from the chart. What it helps with: • Remove weekends from the performance view to focus on working-day patterns • Optionally exclude holidays for an even cleaner trend line • Make traffic drops, recoveries, and trend shifts easier to interpret • Reduce false alarms caused by normal weekend seasonality • Support faster reporting and day-to-day SEO analysis inside Search Console Typical use cases: • Reviewing organic search performance on weekdays only • Comparing publishing or content performance without weekend distortion • Monitoring SEO changes with a cleaner business-day baseline • Identifying trend changes that are easier to miss in the default chart Notes: • Works inside Google Search Console Performance reports • After changing the date range, a page reload may be required to refresh the Business Days View in the current version
