mindSoft Meet Recorder brings interview recording into your hiring workflow.

Run technical and HR interviews on Google Meet and capture the conversation audio without leaving the call. Link each recording to a candidate in mindSoft CRM, upload securely to your organization’s account, and get AI-powered transcription and analysis inside the candidate profile.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Install the extension and sign in to mindSoft CRM (crm.mindsoft.pro)
2. Connect the extension from your CRM account
3. Join a Google Meet — a recorder control appears on the page
4. Select the candidate and start recording (you approve tab/audio sharing in Chrome)
5. Stop when the interview ends — audio is uploaded and transcription runs in the CRM
