Your files never leave your device. Every merge and split happens right inside your browser tab, using code that ships with the extension. There is no upload, no server, and it keeps working with no internet connection at all.

One price, stated before you install. Plain PDF is $8.99 once. No subscription, no "free" bait that turns into a paywall after you have already done the work. You get 3 free operations to try it, then a single one-time payment unlocks it for good.

What it does:

- Merge: drop in as many PDFs as you like, drag to reorder, and combine them into one file. Per-file page counts are shown so you know what you are stitching together.
- Split: load one PDF and either pull out a page range (like 1-3,7), split it into single pages, or split it every N pages. Multiple output files come back as a single zip, also created on your device.

Built to be honest:

- No accounts. No sign-up. No onboarding. Open the tab and work.
- No analytics, no tracking, no telemetry. We collect nothing, because your files never reach us.
- The only network request the extension ever makes is a check of your one-time license. Your PDFs and their contents are never transmitted.

Not supported yet: password-protected (encrypted) PDFs. Plain PDF tells you clearly when a file is encrypted instead of failing silently.
