Riffly writes the cold LinkedIn message you keep putting off, in your voice, fast.

You open a candidate's profile on LinkedIn, GitHub, or Wellfound. Click the Riffly icon in your toolbar. Riffly reads what's on the page (their bio, their pinned post, their last shipped repo) and writes three message variants for you. Pick one, edit it, send it yourself. The keyboard is yours.

Riffly does not send anything for you. Not ever. It's a writing tool, not a sequencer. Your LinkedIn account never gets touched, never gets logged into, never gets automated against. You stay safely in the read-only zone where LinkedIn doesn't ban you.

WHO IT'S FOR

Technical recruiters at startups who refuse to send templates. Founders who hate the cold-email tone. Anyone who's been on the receiving end of fifteen "I came across your profile and was impressed by your background" messages in one week and decided they'd rather not be the sixteenth.

WHAT IT DOES

It reads the profile you're already looking at, only that one, only when you click.

It writes three message variants tuned to your pitch, your tone (warm, direct, or cheeky), and your length.

It won't write the phrases that get cold messages archived. "Leverage." "Great fit." "Circle back." "World-class." About thirty more it refuses to put in your mouth.

Train it on a few of your own past messages and the drafts start sounding like you wrote them. Voice fingerprint computes style stats locally — sentence length, formality, signature phrases — then injects them into every prompt so the output reads like you, not a model.

Save job specs and Riffly live-scores every profile you visit against them. Green chip means strong match, red chip means skip. Reasoning shown for each.

Track LinkedIn search URLs and Riffly emails you a once-a-day digest of new candidates that match — ranked, with one-line reasoning per candidate.

Mark sent and replied per draft to track your own reply rate per tone, per template, across machines.

WHAT IT DOESN'T DO

No automation, ever. Riffly will never send a message on your behalf, never queue one for later, never crawl pages you haven't opened, and never log into your LinkedIn account. Profile snapshots and drafts get kept for thirty days so we can debug edge cases, then deleted. We don't sell your data and we have no ad tech in the extension.

A NOTE ON LINKEDIN COMPLIANCE

Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Recruiter pages are profile pages users navigate to themselves. Riffly reads the rendered DOM passively, only when invoked. The Plus tier "scan visible profiles" feature on saved-search results is triggered only by an explicit user click; we never auto-scroll, paginate, or traverse search results in the background.

Pro is $19/month for 200 drafts. Adds cross-machine reply tracking, follow-up reminders, saved pitch templates, all three message variants per generation, and a +10 bonus for setting up your voice fingerprint.

Plus is $39/month for 1,500 drafts. Everything in Pro plus live profile fit-scoring against your saved job specs and the daily candidate digest from your tracked LinkedIn searches. Up to 5 active job specs and 10 tracked searches.

Team is $129/month for 3 seats with effectively unlimited drafts. Adds the manager dashboard, priority support, and 5x the spec / search caps (25 specs, 50 searches).
