About
Page Pulse brings your SEO change tracking directly into your browser. No more annotation anxiety. We've got you covered.
Connect your Page Pulse account and instantly see what changed on any page you're tracking — your own sites or your competitors'. Browse to any tracked URL and the side panel loads automatically, showing every content edit, metadata update, and structural change with full context. No dashboards to open, no reports to pull.
Track your pages and your competitors
Page Pulse can track any URL — your own properties or competitor pages. The extension works the same way for all of them. Browse to a competitor's landing page and see exactly what they changed, when they changed it, and how their traffic responded. Turn competitor monitoring from a manual guessing game into a live feed of what's actually happening on their site.
What changed and exactly how
Click any change event to see a full field-by-field breakdown of what was edited, added, or removed. Title tags, meta descriptions, headings, body copy, canonical tags, internal links — every field is shown with a clear before ("Was") and after ("Now") so you can read both versions at a glance. No more guessing what your CMS or team actually changed.
Connect changes to search performance
Each change event shows before-and-after traffic metrics — clicks, impressions, position, and user engagement — so you can see immediately whether an edit helped or hurt. The built-in query table shows which search terms bring people to the page, with trend indicators for growing and decaying queries.
AI-powered query impact analysis (optional — requires Claude API key)
Run a semantic analysis of any change period to see which of your tracked queries were likely impacted by content edits. Goes beyond keyword matching to understand search intent — so "book an appointment" correctly maps to scheduling-related changes even without exact word overlap.
AI change summaries and chat (optional — requires Claude API key)
Summarize any change event into a concise, annotation-ready bullet list. Or open the chat panel to ask Claude questions about the page directly — what changed, what it means for rankings, what to do next.
Works out of the box
All core features — change timeline, full diff view, query performance, and traffic analytics — work with just your Page Pulse Bearer Token. AI features are available optionally with a Claude API key. Everything is stored locally in your browser. No data is collected beyond what's needed to authenticate with Page Pulse.
Requirements
An active Page Pulse account is required. Generate your Bearer Token at app.pagepulse.dev/settings/mcpTechnical
