CRM Tools for CleverTap enhances the CleverTap Dashboard for CRM teams — making User Properties and Activities far easier to read and filter.

📋 User Properties
• Sort properties alphabetically or drag-and-drop into a custom order
• Group properties with custom names and colors
• Full-screen Expand View with group filtering
• Import / Export config as JSON to share with your team
• Per-project config — saved separately per CleverTap account

⚡ Activities Tab
• Table View — cleaner than the default timeline
• Filter by Event name (multi-select), Date range, and Attribute search
• Advanced Filter — Key + Operator (contains / = / ≠ / > / >= / < / <=) + Value with AND/OR logic
• Expand / Collapse attribute chips per row or all at once
• Auto-load history up to 1 month, 3 months, 1 year, or All Time
• Export filtered events as CSV (Unicode-safe, opens in Excel)

🎨 Global Theme
• 4 built-in themes: ☀️ Light / 🌙 Dark / 🌌 Midnight / 🍂 Warm
• Theme persists across pages and reloads

🔒 Privacy
• No data is collected or transmitted
