• Debugger (chrome.debugger): Taps directly into the Chrome Debugger Protocol (CDP) for raw network payloads and deep runtime errors without injecting heavy DOM scripts. Chrome will display a "DevTools is debugging this browser" banner during active sessions, as this is a native browser requirement.

• File System Access: Writes Markdown and JSON files directly to a designated folder on your local machine for instant IDE availability. Permission is granted per folder and expires when Chrome restarts.

• Storage (chrome.storage): Securely saves your capture filters, UI preferences, and custom blocklists locally.

• Cookies (chrome.cookies): Used exclusively to capture a local snapshot of cookie state as part of the localStorage & Cookie Snapshot feature. Cookie data is written only to your local log files and never transmitted.
