  How it works:
  1. Start recording from the popup.
  2. Stop recording when the workflow is complete.
  3. Add notes and generate the SOP draft.
  
  This version records the current tab to a local WebM download, keeps the recording file reference in the draft response, and produces a structured SOP draft directly in the popup. No account, API key, or external service setup is required.
