PubMed Smart Metrics helps researchers screen PubMed papers faster by adding open citation metrics and productivity tools directly to PubMed search results and article pages.

The extension displays OpenAlex-based metrics next to PubMed paper titles, including FWCI, OA2Y, and paper-level citation counts. It also provides keyword highlighting and quick PMID/DOI copy buttons to make literature screening more efficient.
