How It Works

1. Install RealCRM from the Chrome Web Store
2. Click the RealCRM icon in your Chrome toolbar to open the dashboard
3. Sign in with Google to enable sync and collaboration features

5. Use the sidebar to navigate between modules: Dashboard, Kanban Board, Projects, Calendar, Finance, Customers, Quotes, Invoices, Products, Email Templates, Reports, Automation, and Activity Log

Q: Is my data stored securely?
A: All data is stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB. Optional Google Sheets sync provides cloud backup. Your data never passes through third-party servers.

Q: Does it work offline?
A: Yes. RealCRM works entirely offline. Sync features (Google Sheets, Telegram, Calendar) require an internet connection, but all core CRM functionality works without one.

Q: Can I use it for multiple businesses?
A: Yes. You can create separate projects for each business and manage customers across all of them.

Q: Is it free?
A: RealCRM is free to use with all features included.

Q: What languages are supported?
A: English and Vietnamese are fully supported. Currency defaults automatically match your language setting (USD for English, VND for Vietnamese).
