Ounie turns the web into your personal AI second brain. Save anything you read, then ask questions and get answers with citations — all from your own sources.

With the Ounie extension you can:
• Save the current page as a link, clip just the main article, save the full page, or save a text selection — with a preview you can edit before saving.
• Highlight passages on any page. Your highlights are saved to your account and reappear the next time you visit the page. Save a page's highlights to a brain in one click.
• Open a clean, distraction-free Reading View of any article, with font-size and light/dark controls — and highlight right inside it.
• Pick which brain to save to, use right-click menu items, and trigger actions with keyboard shortcuts.

Clips are automatically enriched with the page's title, author, and publish date (from OpenGraph/Schema.org). Sign in at ounie.com and the extension just works, or paste an API key to use it without signing in.

Ounie does not track your browsing or run any analytics. The extension only sends Ounie the content you explicitly save or highlight.
