STEPS:
1. Install extension and open Options.
2. Select your AI provider and add API key/model details.
3. Paste your knowledge base text (resume, profile, key details).
4. Open a form page, click popup, and Activate on this site.
5. Click AI beside a field (or use Fill-all) and insert the best suggestion.
6. Review/export history anytime from the popup/options.
