Contact Link connects your browser to Zoho CRM and surfaces relevant contact data directly on the pages you’re already using like email, LinkedIn, shared docs, and anywhere else you browse. No tab switching, no searching, no copy-pasting.

Once connected, Contact Link syncs your CRM contacts locally and highlights when they appear on a page using emails, phone numbers, or names (including common nicknames).

How It Works:

4. Open the popup to see matched contacts, details, and where they were found on a page.

All matching is done locally for speed, with live CRM data fetched only when you expand a contact, ensuring you stay within Zoho API limits, even with a large team.
