SmartRecap helps you quickly understand YouTube videos by generating concise AI summaries and letting you ask follow-up questions about the content.

How to use:
- 📌 Install the extension and pin it to your browser toolbar.
- 🔐 Open the extension popup and log in with your SmartRecap account.
- ▶️ Go to a YouTube video page.
- ✨ Click the Summarize button under the video.
- ⏳ Wait for SmartRecap to generate the summary.
- 📄 Open the extension popup to read the summary.

Ask a question:
- 💬 After a video is summarized, open the Ask a question tab in the extension popup.
- ❓ Type a question about the video.
- 🤖 SmartRecap answers based on the generated video summary.
- 🧠 Your previous questions and answers are shown in the same chat.
On SmartRecap website you can take advantage of all functionalities:
- 📚 Check your summary history.
- 🔁 Revisit previously summarized videos.
- ⭐ Keep track of your favourite summaries.
