  RE Agent Auto — CTME Fill is a Chrome extension for Colorado real estate agents using the RE Agent Auto platform (reagentauto.com).
  
  After reviewing your listing in RE Agent Auto, click "Queue for Auto-Fill," then open your CTME LC50 listing contract form. A green banner appears automatically at the top of the form — click Fill Form and 20+ fields are populated instantly: seller name, brokerage info, listing dates, commission, agency relationship, deed type, and more.
  
  No bookmarklet dragging. No copy-pasting. No re-setup between listings.
  
  REQUIREMENTS
  • Active RE Agent Auto account (reagentauto.com)
  • Access to CTME (Colorado Transaction Management Engine)
  • Colorado real estate broker license
  
  WHAT GETS FILLED
  • Seller name and contact info
  • Listing start and end dates
  • Total commission and cooperating broker split
  • Brokerage relationship (Seller Agency / Transaction Broker)
  • Deed type
  • Contract date and broker information
  
  The extension stores queued listing data locally in your browser. No data is sent to any third party. Data clears automatically after 7 days.

  RE Agent Auto turns spoken details into completed Colorado real estate contracts. Describe the deal out loud, AI organizes it into the official Colorado forms, you review every field, and this extension fills it into the platform you file in — no retyping, no copy-paste.
  
  WHAT IT DOES
  • Auto-fills your contract forms in CTM eContracts: the Exclusive Right-to-Sell (listing), the Exclusive Right-to-Buy (buyer), and the Contract to Buy and Sell (purchase).
  • Open the matching form in CTM eContracts, click Fill, and the fields populate from the contract you just reviewed in the RE Agent Auto app.
  • Generates completed PDFs for a growing library of supporting Colorado forms as well.
  
  HOW IT WORKS — 1) Speak the details in the app, review the extracted fields. 2) Queue the contract; the extension picks it up. 3) Open the form, click Fill Form, review every field, save.
  
  WHAT YOU CONTROL — Nothing fills until you click. Nothing is saved, submitted, or filed until you do it yourself. Every field is reviewed by you, a licensed agent.
