AgentHire helps job seekers tailor their resume to a specific job posting — without inventing experience they don't have. Open the side panel on a job-posting page and AgentHire will:

• Read the job's required skills, responsibilities, and seniority signals
• Compare them against your uploaded resume
• Suggest rewrites that surface skills you ALREADY have, in the language the job uses — never adding skills you didn't list yourself
• Show an ATS keyword-coverage score so you know what's missing
• Surface H-1B / visa-sponsorship signals where public data is available
• Optionally autofill the application form so you don't retype the same fields on every site
• Save the job to your tracker so you can follow up later

WHY "ZERO FABRICATION" MATTERS
Most AI resume tools happily invent skills, tools, and metrics to make a resume "match" the job. That gets candidates caught in interviews and violates most employers' application terms. AgentHire's rewriter is built around an explicit no-fabrication rule: every claim in the tailored resume must trace back to something you wrote in your base resume or explicitly confirmed in a follow-up question.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
• It does not auto-submit applications
• It does not click "Easy Apply" or any submit button on your behalf
• It does not scrape data from sites you haven't opened yourself
• It does not store your resume or job data with any third party other than AgentHire's own backend, which you can delete at any time

WHERE IT WORKS
• Reads the job description on the job posting you're viewing
• Autofills the application on all major applicant-tracking systems, and on company career sites
• For a company on its own domain, enable autofill there with one click the first time
• Only acts when you click Autofill; it never fills or submits anything on its own

HOW TO USE
1. Sign in with the email you used at magenthire.com
2. Upload your base resume (one time)
3. Open any supported job posting
4. Click the AgentHire icon to open the side panel
5. Review the tailored bullets, accept or edit, then autofill or copy into your application

WHO IT'S FOR
Built originally for international students and H-1B candidates in AI / ML / data / software roles, but useful for anyone who applies to many jobs and wants tailored resumes without making things up.

PRIVACY
AgentHire only reads and fills the application page you're actively on, and only when you click Autofill. It does not collect, read, or transmit data from pages you aren't applying through.
