Ever set out to study or work, only to find yourself 45 minutes deep into YouTube or Reddit? Flow fixes that.

Flow is a Chrome extension that uses AI to block distracting websites based on what you're actually trying to do today. You tell it your goal — "study for my physics exam" or "finish my React project" — and it figures out what's a distraction and what's not.

The difference from other blockers? Flow doesn't just ban a list of websites. It looks at the specific page you're visiting and decides in real-time. A Python tutorial on YouTube? That's fine. A cat video on YouTube? Blocked. You don't have to manually manage lists or add exceptions — the AI handles it.

If Flow blocks something you actually need, you can appeal it. Just explain why you need the site, and if your reason makes sense, it lets you through. No need to turn off the whole extension.

You also get full manual control — add sites to a blocklist or whitelist whenever you want.

How to set it up:
1. Get a free Gemini API key from Google AI Studio (takes 30 seconds).
2. Paste it into Flow's settings.
3. Set your goal for the day.
4. Start working. Flow runs quietly in the background.

Your privacy matters: Flow doesn't collect or send your browsing data anywhere. Your API key stays on your device. Nothing leaves your machine.
