About

Ever see a random Amazon charge on your statement and have no idea what it was for?

Finally know what you bought, right on your bank statement.

Bank statements show Amazon charges as cryptic entries like "AMAZON MARKETPLA DES:INTERNET" with no description of what you actually bought. And then to make it worse, when Amazon splits a single order into multiple shipments, it becomes nearly impossible to reconcile your statement without cross-referencing your order history manually. Its a pain and makes doing personal finance super annoying.

Purchase Lens fixes this automatically (and securely!).

HOW IT WORKS

When you open your Bank of America transactions page, the extension silently reads your Amazon order history in the background using your existing Amazon session. It then annotates every Amazon charge with the real item name, right inline on the BofA page.

- Labels appear directly on each Amazon transaction row
- Hover to see the full item name and order number
- Click the label to jump directly to that order on Amazon
- Works with split shipments by matching individual shipment totals
- Works on credit card statements, debit card statement, and checking account statements

YOUR DATA NEVER LEAVES YOUR DEVICE

There is no database, no account to create, and no data collection of any kind. Your bank statements and Amazon order history are read locally in your browser and stored only in browser storage! The only network calls are from your browser directly to Amazon and BofA using your existing sessions, just like browsing those sites normally.
