  EXTREMELY LIGHTWEIGHT
  The entire extension is under 3KB of code (<150 lines) — just two small scripts and a CSS injection. No frameworks, no bundlers, no dependencies. It   
  uses a pure CSS approach to hide images (no heavy DOM manipulation or mutation observers walking the tree). The result is zero measurable
