HOW IT WORKS

Open any job application page — Shift detects the form automatically. No buttons to click, no setup required.

Your saved profile data fills known fields instantly: name, email, phone, location, LinkedIn, portfolio, and common questions you've already answered before.

For open-ended questions like "Why do you want to work here?" or "Describe a time you led a project," Shift drafts responses from your profile context — your experience, skills, and saved answers — so you start from a strong baseline instead of a blank text box.

Everything appears in a review side panel. Edit any answer, skip fields, rewrite drafts, or approve them as-is. Only what you explicitly approve gets filled into the form.
