Privacy-first. All metadata parsing happens locally in your browser. No image data, no URLs, no analytics — nothing is uploaded to any server. No account, no API key, no tracking.
Honest about limits. Many social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Flickr, Twitter, Reddit, Discord, and others) strip EXIF metadata from uploaded photos before serving them. PhotoEdge tells you when this is the case so you know it's the platform, not the extension.
