Privacy & permissions

Runs fully client-side; no sign-up, no servers, no data leaves your browser unless you explicitly use AI features (OpenAI/Pollinations APIs).

Uses activeTab, scripting, storage, webRequest, and webNavigation to analyze pages, track HTTP status codes, and remember preferences.

Getting started

1. Open any page and check the extension icon badge for HTTP status code (200, 301, 404, etc.)
2. Click the SEOninja icon to explore Summary, Headings, Images, Links, Schema, CSS/JS, Open Graph, DataLayer, PageSpeed, Token Prediction, and AI Content tabs
3. Configure AI settings in Options (right-click extension icon → Options) for enhanced features
4. Use "Generate with AI" buttons throughout the extension for instant SEO improvements
5. Create custom SEO content with the AI Content Generator tab
