About

Highlight any poem in a Substack post and a small toolbar pops up over the selection. Click "Restack with note" and Poetrystack builds a quote card from the lines you picked, lets you choose from 9 backgrounds (5 flat colors, 4 pulled from the post's own cover image), then drops it straight into Substack's note composer as an image, along with a link back to the original post so the author gets notified of the restack.

If you just want the words, click "Copy quote" instead. Goes straight to your clipboard.

How it works:
1. Select a poetry block on any Substack post.
2. Click "Restack with note" in the toolbar that appears.
3. Pick a card theme and text alignment.
4. Poetrystack screenshots the card and attaches it to your note.
5. Keep the post preview in the composer. That is what tells Substack which post you're restacking and notifies the author.
6. Hit post.
