Universal Video Speed Controller helps you adjust HTML5 video playback speed directly in Chrome.

Use a floating in-player widget, the toolbar popup, keyboard shortcuts, mouse wheel control, or supported touchpad gestures to slow down or speed up videos with precise steps from 0.25x to 10x.
