About

Netflix Auto Skip is a tiny, zero-configuration companion for Netflix that
clicks the "Skip Intro" and "Next Episode" buttons for you the moment they
appear. Stop reaching for the mouse — let your binge run itself.

KEY FEATURES
• Auto Skip Intro — clicks the "Skip Intro" button the instant Netflix
  shows it, so you jump straight to the episode.
• Auto Next Episode — clicks the "Next Episode" button on the post-credits
  countdown overlay, so the next episode starts without a pause.
• One-tap toggle — turn each feature on or off independently from the
  popup. Settings are remembered between sessions.
• Stranger Things-themed popup — a small, stylish UI inspired by the
  show's iconic title card, with retro red-on-black serif type and a
  flickering Christmas-light row.
• Zero configuration — install, open Netflix, and you're done. No accounts,
  no permissions beyond local storage.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Install the extension and open netflix.com.
2. Click the Netflix Auto Skip toolbar icon to see the popup.
3. The two switches (SKIP INTRO and NEXT EPISODE) are ON by default.
   Toggle either one off any time.
4. Press play on a show. Whenever Netflix surfaces a "Skip Intro" or
   "Next Episode" button, the extension presses it for you.

SUPPORTED SITES
Netflix only:
  • netflix.com
  • All netflix.com subdomains (e.g. www.netflix.com)

The content script does not run on any other website.

PRIVACY
Netflix Auto Skip does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data.
  • The extension only watches for two specific buttons on Netflix.
  • The on/off state of each toggle is stored locally via
    chrome.storage.sync — Chrome itself optionally syncs these two
    boolean flags across your signed-in browsers. Nothing else leaves
    your machine.
  • No analytics, no tracking, no third-party scripts, no remote code.
  • All JavaScript is bundled inside the extension package.
