Acquisition Fees
Full breakdown of all purchase costs: registration tax, notary fees, stamp duty, land registry, mortgage registration.
Region-specific rates where applicable (German Bundeslaender, French departements, Spanish comunidades autonomas, Belgian regions, UK nations, US states). Toggle first-time buyer relief, primary residence status, and new-build VAT.

Rental Yield
Gross and net yield calculation with deductions for vacancy, management fees, property tax, insurance, and maintenance. Enter the monthly rent to see your actual return after operating expenses.

Mortgage
Monthly payment based on country-specific lending rules. Pre-filled interest rates and maximum loan-to-value ratios per country. Adjustable duration, LTV, and rate. See total interest paid and overall cost of the loan.

The extension activates automatically on major real estate portals across 10 countries. It detects the listing price and pre-fills the calculator — no configuration needed. On any other website, click the PropCalc icon in the toolbar and enter the price manually.

4. The price and country are pre-filled from the listing
5. Switch between Fees, Yield, and Mortgage tabs
6. Adjust parameters to match your situation
