✉ SEND LATER WITH GMAIL'S OWN SCHEDULER
Click ⏰ in any compose, pick a time, InboxZen invokes Gmail's native "Schedule send" so your email is held by Google's servers and delivered at the chosen time — your computer can be off. Recurring sends use InboxZen's own chrome.alarms (browser must be open). Choose either mode per email.

Unlike Grammarly, InboxZen does NOT log every keystroke. AI calls only fire when you press them, and go directly browser→provider — InboxZen has no server in the loop.

Open any thread, press ✨ Summarize, get 2-4 bullets of action items + decisions in your browser language.

⚡ AI QUICK REPLIES (3 TONES)
In any open thread, click ⚡ above the reply box. AI generates three drafts side-by-side:

🤖 AI AUTO-CATEGORIZE INCOMING
Toggle on in Settings. Each new inbox row gets a single-letter colored badge (Important / Updates / Promotions / Social / Personal / Spam). BYOK — one tiny call per email, cached locally.

📨 MAIL MERGE
Upload a CSV with email + variable columns. Pick a template. InboxZen schedules every email staggered (default 60s apart) to avoid Gmail spam triggers. Variables in subject + body are filled per row.

🔄 SEQUENCES
Multi-step outreach: send template 1, wait N days, send template 2 if no reply, repeat. Mixmax charges $24/mo for this. Designer + runtime included.

💤 SNOOZE
Click 💤 on any thread → "Tomorrow 9 AM" or custom time → it's hidden and resurfaces with a desktop notification.

🔔 FOLLOW-UP REMINDERS
Set "remind me in 3 days if no reply" right after sending. Notification fires if the thread hasn't moved.

🚀 button in the inbox toolbar scans your visible inbox for emails with unsubscribe links, groups by sender, and one-click opens each sender's unsubscribe URL.

🧹 INBOX CLEANER
🧹 button groups visible rows by sender. Tick multiple senders → archives all matching emails in one stroke (uses Gmail's native archive keyboard shortcut).

🛠 AUTO-CC / BCC RULES
When you compose to a specific recipient or domain, InboxZen auto-fills CC/BCC. Define rules like "always BCC boss when emailing client X".

🚫 BLOCK RULES
Mark senders / domains / subject keywords as blocked → matching inbox rows are visually dimmed. Non-destructive: you decide whether to archive.

🖋 MULTIPLE CONTEXTUAL SIGNATURES
Define signatures per domain or per subject keyword. The right one suggests itself.

📅 CALENDAR SLOT GENERATOR
Calendly without an account. Define availability windows (weekdays, hours, slot duration). One click copies a list of next-available slots into your email body. Recipient picks one and replies.

Deploy a 50-line free Cloudflare Worker (100k requests/day, no credit card). InboxZen embeds a 1×1 pixel pointing at your Worker. When the recipient opens, your Worker logs the load to KV. Poll opens from your dashboard. Backend-free for us, $0 for you.

InboxZen gives you ~95% of what they charge for — for free. The trade-offs are honest:
• Send-later uses Gmail's own server scheduler (best path, PC can be off) with InboxZen's alarm as fallback for recurring
• AI is BYOK so you pay providers directly (Groq is free with no card; OpenAI/Anthropic charge cents per email)
• Tracking requires you to spin up a 50-line Cloudflare Worker (free tier, 5-minute setup)
• Recurring scheduled sends require browser open at fire time
