  ═══ WHAT IT DOES ═══

  Adds two floating buttons to any Character.AI chat or character page.
  Click to export the current character as either:
  
    📥 JSON file (Tavern V1 flat schema)
       name, tagline, greeting, description, example dialogue
       Open in any text editor, edit, or upload directly.
  
    🎴 PNG character card (avatar with embedded JSON in tEXt chunk)
       The de-facto standard format used across SillyTavern, RisuAI,
       Chub.ai, Agnaistic, and CrushOn.AI.
  
  ═══ WHY YOU'D USE IT ═══
  
    • Take your favorite characters with you to another roleplay platform
      instead of starting over from scratch.
    • CrushOn.AI accepts the same character card formats and has a
      one-step upload. This tool produces the file that upload expects.
    • Data portability — keep a local backup of characters you created
      before policies or visibility settings change.
    • Cross-platform compatibility — the exported PNG works on any AI
      chat platform that supports the Tavern character card spec.

  ═══ HOW IT WORKS ═══

    1. Install the extension and pin it.
    2. Open any character.ai/chat/... or /character/... page.
    3. Two buttons appear in the top-right (pink "Export JSON",
       purple "Export PNG Card").
    4. Click — file downloads to your Downloads folder.
    5. On CrushOn.AI's "Create Character" page, drop the file into the
       "Character Photo & File" area. Fields auto-populate.

    Character.AI name        →  Character's name
    Character.AI tagline     →  Introduction (Brief Description)
    Character.AI description →  Personality (Detailed, long-term memory)
    Character.AI greeting    →  Greeting (first message)
    Character.AI definition* →  Example Conversation
    * Only returned when the creator set Definition Visibility = Public,
      or when you are the creator of the character.

  ═══ PRIVACY ═══
  
  This extension runs entirely in your browser. It does not collect,
  store, or transmit any of your data to remote servers. The extension
  reads Character.AI's API token from your active session only to replay
  authenticated requests to Character.AI — same network behavior as the
  website itself. All exported files are saved locally to your Downloads
  folder.

  ═══ ETHICS ═══

  Intended for users migrating their own characters, or characters whose
  creators have made the definition public. Please don't bulk-copy other
  creators' work — that's against Character.AI's Terms of Service. There
  is no batch / bulk export by design.
