What it does:
- Save job listings from supported job sites in one click
- Automatically extract job title, company, and link
- Track application status in a structured dashboard
- Capture updates from email notifications (like interview or rejection emails)
- Manage all your applications without switching tools

How it works:
1. Open a job listing (LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
2. Click the extension or use the shortcut to save the job
3. View and manage all saved jobs in the tracker page
4. Use the shortcut on email pages to capture status updates

Privacy:
- No data is collected
- No data is sent to any server
- No tracking or analytics
- All data is stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage)

Permissions explained:
- activeTab: Access current page only when you use the extension
- scripting: Inject logic only when triggered by user
- storage: Save your tracked jobs locally
- contextMenus: Save jobs via right-click
- alarms: Used for internal refresh and cleanup

This extension only works when you actively use it. It does not run in the background on websites.
