Make comments easier to read by making them wider!

Google Docs commenting is great but documents with lots of comments cause problems:
 - Comments are skinny, wasting available space and making comment threads long
 - Long comment threads force you to scroll to see all the comments, losing your place in the document
 - Comment threads push down threads below them, moving them away from their anchor text

This extension allows comments to use all the available width so users with wide monitors can view more comments at once!
