Detailed Description
TagPulse v2.0 — Automated TT Stage Tracker for RISC Rule Writing Teams

TagPulse automatically detects the current stage of a class in CP Central and tags the corresponding SIM ticket — eliminating manual tag updates and ensuring real-time visibility into ticket progress.

🔹 HOW IT WORKS
• When an associate opens a TT (t.corp.amazon.com), TagPulse reads the ticket details
• Verifies the ticket is assigned to the current user and status is Work In Progress
• Fetches the class stage from CP Central using the rule name on the ticket
• Automatically adds the correct stage tag to the ticket

• Periodic re-check — Automatically re-checks every 3 hours for stage changes
• Wake-up detection — Re-checks when you return to a tab after laptop sleep or long absence
• Background monitoring — Continues checking watched tickets even when the TT tab is closed
• Auto-reload — Page refreshes automatically after tagging so you see the update instantly
• Auto-cleanup — Clears stored data when a ticket is Resolved or Closed
