  PRIVACY-FIRST DESIGN
  
  Everything lives in your browser. Your resume, your job descriptions, your API key, and every tailored version are stored locally with chrome.storage — never on our servers, because we don't have any. The only network requests the extension makes are direct calls to Anthropic's API using your own API key.
  
  BRING YOUR OWN KEY
  
  ResumeAI uses your personal Anthropic API key (free to create at console.anthropic.com — pay-as-you-go pricing, typically a fraction of a cent per resume). Your key is stored locally and is sent only to api.anthropic.com.
