JobPrefill auto-fills Workday job applications from your saved profile — so you never retype the same details into another employer's Workday site again.

Workday is everywhere, and every employer runs its own separate Workday careers site. That means a new account and the same name, contact info, work history, education, and screening questions on every single application. JobPrefill fills all of it, on any Workday tenant, in seconds.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Set up your profile once — personal info, work experience, education, skills, and your standard answers.
2. Open any Workday job application. JobPrefill detects the page and shows a badge.
3. Click "Fill This Page." Every field on that stage fills instantly.
4. Review and click Save & Continue. JobPrefill never auto-submits — you stay in control.

Instead of spreading across dozens of sites, JobPrefill focuses on Workday and handles what generic autofill tools miss — multi-step flows, dropdowns, date pickers, custom fields, and the tricky work-authorization and declaration sections. It fills from your saved answers deterministically and never guesses or makes anything up.

Workday account creation is handled too: a strong password is generated, filled, and saved encrypted on your device, so returning to the same employer logs you in automatically.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your profile — name, work history, education, citizenship, answers, and résumé — is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored only in Chrome's local storage. We never receive, store, or sell it. No telemetry, no tracking. To recognize an unusual question, the extension may send only that question's public wording — never your answer or your profile. Pro license keys are validated against our server; that's the only contact.
