Your browser slows down when you have too many tabs open. TabSnooze suspends the ones you're not using — freeing their RAM instantly — and brings them back in one click exactly where you left off.

Unlike Chrome's built-in memory saver, TabSnooze:

TabSnooze does not collect, transmit, or sell any data about you or your browsing. Everything stays local — in Chrome's own storage on your device. The only external connection TabSnooze ever makes is when you choose to buy a license (which opens the Paddle payment page in a new tab — TabSnooze itself never handles payment data).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Will my suspended tabs lose their place?
A: No. TabSnooze stores the exact original URL (including query parameters and hash fragments) and restores it precisely. Scroll position is not preserved (Chrome does not allow this), but the page reloads at the correct URL.

Q: Does TabSnooze work with Chrome's Memory Saver?
A: Yes. They operate independently. TabSnooze gives you a visible suspension page and explicit control over what gets suspended. Chrome's Memory Saver is invisible. You can use both simultaneously — they won't conflict.

Q: Can I suspend more than one window worth of tabs?
A: Yes. "Suspend All" covers every window open in your current Chrome profile.

Q: What happens to my sessions if my Pro trial expires?
A: Your saved sessions are kept. You won't be able to create new sessions or restore existing ones without a license — but nothing is deleted. Upgrading to Pro re-enables everything immediately.

Q: Is the lifetime deal really limited?
A: Yes. The lifetime plan ($129 once) closes at 300 licenses. After that, it switches to monthly/annual plans only. There's no waiting list — when it's gone, it's gone.

Q: Does TabSnooze read my browsing history?
A: No. TabSnooze uses the `tabs` permission to see which tabs are open (their URLs and titles) so it can suspend and restore them. It does not send this information anywhere, and it does not have access to the content of pages.

Q: I lost a suspended tab — where did it go?
A: If a suspended tab is closed before being restored, the data is removed. TabSnooze cannot recover closed tabs (that would require browsing history access, which TabSnooze intentionally does not request). Use named sessions to protect important tab groups.
