Upland Trove Reference is a search tool for Upland players that combines every Trove, every Source, and every Recipe into one fast, bidirectional lookup. Stop hopping between pages to figure out where a Trove comes from or what you need to craft it — type a name and see the full picture in one place.

WHAT YOU GET

• Search by Trove — instantly see every Service Structure and Plant where it can be Collected, every Structure where it can be Crafted, every Recipe that produces it, and every Recipe that uses it as an ingredient.

• Search by Service Structure or Plant — instantly see every Trove you can Collect there, and (for Structures) every Trove you can Craft there, with color-coded indicators that match the spreadsheet many players already use.

• Search by Recipe — instantly see every ingredient with its own sources expanded inline, so you can plan an entire crafting path in one view.

• 186 Troves, 235 Sources, 181+ Recipes — all of the Genesis Week Troves and all the Recipes you have personally discovered, searchable side by side.

COLOR CODING (consistent across the entire UI)

• White / no fill — Collect only
• Light green — Craft only
• Light orange — Both Collect and Craft

HOW IT WORKS

The master list of Troves, Service Structures, and Plants comes from upland.me's public Trove reference page. The extension ships with this data already bundled, and refreshes it automatically once a day in the background. A manual refresh is available in the Settings page if you ever need it.

Recipe data comes from your own signed-in Upland session. When you visit play.upland.me/troves while signed in, the extension's content script reads the Recipe cards that are visible on the page and stores them locally. Each subsequent visit adds any newly discovered Recipes; nothing is overwritten or removed. The extension can only see Recipes that you have personally discovered — exactly the same Recipes Upland already shows you.

PRIVACY

This extension does not transmit any data anywhere. All data stays on your device in Chrome's local extension storage. No analytics, no tracking, no telemetry, no third-party scripts. The extension does not read or transmit any Upland account information (UPX balance, properties, holdings, transactions, etc.) — only the publicly visible Trove reference list and the Recipe cards you can already see on your own Troves page.
