We believe privacy tools should be completely transparent about how they handle your data. 
- Secure Analysis:** To perform advanced Named Entity Recognition (NER), the text you type and the files you upload are sent via secure HTTPS to our dedicated, secure backend server for real-time analysis.
- Local-Only Storage:** All of your personal scan history and detection logs are stored locally on your device. We do not store the content you type on our servers.
- Zero Data Sharing:** Your data is strictly yours. We do not sell, rent, or share your data or browsing activity with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
- Anonymized Metrics:** The only data aggregated to our servers are anonymous counts of detection types (e.g., "5 names detected") for diagnostic and educational purposes, tied only to a random, anonymous instance ID.
